Cancelation Policy

 

Spa 7 requires a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If it is less than a 24-hour notice, it will result in a charge depending on the service type.  

 

Med Spa Services & PMU Services

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to book any Med Spa Appointment or PMU service

*** If it is a 6-week touchup no deposit is needed***

 

Laser Services

$50 “No Show” or late cancellation

 

All Other Services

Customers will pay 50% if the appointment is canceled after 24 hours or a “No Show” occurs

 

 

LATE POLICY

With all due respect for your service provider, we ask that you be punctual for all scheduled appointments. The schedule is reserved just for

you and we want to ensure we provide the best possible service, and the full time allotted for these appointments is needed to do so.

 

Failure to be on time for reservations may result in a reschedule and late cancellation fee.

 

MINOR/ UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN/PET POLICY

For the safety of children, we ask that you please make arrangements for child care prior to your appointment. All minors receiving a service must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. There are no pets allowed in the spa for their safety, and the safety of other guests
